Superfood Snickerdoodle Smoothie

3 cup young coconut water
1/2 cup young coconut meat, packed tightly
3 tablespoon organic grade B maple syrup or coconut sugar
3 tablespoon raw organic almond butter
1/2 cup raw organic soaked walnuts*
1/2 teaspoon lucuma powder
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon mesquite powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon goji berries for topping
Method
Blend coconut water, coconut meat, maple syrup, almond butter, walnuts, lucuma, cinnamon, mesquite, vanilla, lemon juice and salt in the high-speed blender and serve. *Soak walnuts for 20 min to 2 hours prior to making to release phytic acid.
